She won't be locked up permanent, not even close.
She is charged with murder, but when her slick lawyers get done excoriating the real victim, she may get as much as 5 years. Hell I could probably get her out of murder 1, and I never stayed in a holiday inn Express.
They will play on these points:
-The old man died a month later.
- She is black.
- The old man verbally accosted her.
- She is black.
- The old man is not the victim, black people are victims.
- Race card!

And that's the way it is.

Oh.....you know why no one touched her? Really?

Anyone on that bus that touched her would now be on the evening news, and be labeled and doxxed as the foulest racist since David Duke.

I shudder at how the pendulum is going to swing when it reverses gear.....but I'll just have to shrug and change mags.

If the races were reversed.....That entire city, or at least parts of it, would be in flames within hours and stores destroyed...Just sayin'...

Sad state of fucking affairs that we have to deal with today. The man's death was the direct result of injuries that he suffered while being pushed off the vehicle, so charges against that cunt better be elevated.

I'll put it how it was put to me when I was young and wondering about boys vs. girls in fist fights. I went to school with a couple girls that could easily beat the shit out of everyone but the biggest gangesters in the school.

Long story short, a cop I knew when I was about 13 or so made it super simple: if the woman acts like a man, she gets treated like a man. If she acts like shit, she gets treated like shit. They don't, however, get to act like a man one second, then when retribution comes wanna claim victimized woman.

If she acts like a lady or a woman, she will be treated like a lady or a woman.

It made perfect sense to me.

All the sheeple in this country, geez the very reason it's so fucked up, they just stand the fuck around like an old man didn't just get shoved three feet to the pavement. I'll be shocked if he didn't suffer some pretty nasty injuries, almost certainly a broken bone.

Love to just man-pummel her ass in public.

He died from his injuries, most likely a head injury from that fall.

Yeah, I didn't get that, Sean the Nailer brought it to my attention. I saw the video and read some of the comments on here but didn't know he died. That makes her a callus murderer then.

Now it's just sad all the way around. If he has a wife, she won't be to far behind him now, thanks to her. Old folks who have been married a long time generally don't live long if the other dies. There are exceptions, but you get the point. The distress must be incalculable.

If there is a wife, then I think this would be a very good target for donations to help out. If anyone organizes that, please PM me so I don't miss out.

She voted for Obama, killing elderly white people and stealing their wealth for redistribution will be a thing under the next democrat president.
Give that cunt my address an tell her to start with this old man an see how it plays out for her an her kind. I have serious doubts that slut can run 1250 FPS or is up for a knife fight. One day the FSA will pick on the wrong people/person an get their ass handed to them.

Look at the video of 80+ year old man getting knock down at Abortion clinic. No one stepped in, there you had people with their phones out filming, and posting on social media, thankfully someone filmed it for evidence. Where were the other prolife people he was with? Society at large has no compassion/ respect, or are to afraid of being sued for getting involved, either way its a sad commentary for the world in general and America in particular.

It's easy to articulate she had no intent to kill, just to be a complete cunt. So there goes Murder 1 and Murder 2. What's left is Murder 3 : Negligent Manslaughter. Max 5 years.

I do believe when the jury sees the tape it will "shock the conscience of the court" and she will get max sentence... with possibility of Parole after 2 years.....because, well, (enter sarcasm and disdain for what a joke the justice system is turning into) our laws and sentencing guidelines are racist and target minorities.

If you look closely you can see the old man hide a fried chicken leg in his pocket as that bitch got on the train. I bet she saw him and was pissed he wouldn’t share. As you can tell by her size she was probably hungry. I’d say she probably had a tooth ache from either: gristle stuck in her teeth or from glass from biting off the tops of oe800s.
And just snapped.
Hopefully she will be Euthanized.

What’s up with this intent bullshit? I want to know when someone had to have intent to commit a crime? I mean this is reminiscent of why Hilary got off. I call bullshit. Comey claimed she didn’t intend to disseminate classified stuff by going around the email system so he didn’t recommend pressing charges. This intent crap is utter BS and we all know it. Next time you get pulled over for speeding tell the cop you didn’t intend to do so and let me know how that goes. You can’t prove I intended to speed either yet I bet you’d still get something for doing so. Same thing applies here.

How about a guy that shoots some home invaders and is now in prison because he defended himself and the perp died as a result? I could just as easily argue that this man didn’t intend to kill the perp, yet one is in jail and one isn’t. I’d say we have some messed up laws and grave times ahead if this kind of nonsense continues in the legal system.

There are many crimes which require "intent" and many that require no intent, only "negligence". The Clinton thing was a " negligence" type crime, but also a complete sham not related to this matter in any way, shape, or form. Please don't confuse homicide of a helpless old man for corrupt pieces of shit who should be hanging as we speak. Buy more ammo.

I digress

So... intent: if she tracked the old man from his home, followed him on the bus, and waited for the opportunity to push him out knowing he would hit his head and die, that would be 1st degree homicide due to the malice aforethought (a plan, or premeditation = high criminal sophistication and intent)

Intent: If she and the old man got into an argument and she, while in the argument, or just after they became separated, grabbed a pipe that just happened to be there and beat him about the head until he was dead: that is 2nd degree homicide without malice aforethought, rather it is "in the heat of the moment". She definitely meant to kill him, but didn't really have a plan, per se.

Now, could the prosecutor Charge 2nd degree due to the fact most reasonable people know old people are fraile and easily break bones, and direct head trauma like what was caused in this case have a high likelihood of causing a fatal injury??

Absolutely.

But, in the real world, The prosecutor charges with 2nd Degree AND 3rd Degree Manslaughter. Her public defender will advise her to plea guilty to the latter charge, and the prosecutor will agree to drop the former charge.

Traffic violations are mostly crimes of omission or negligence meaning you don't need to have intent in order to be in violation. The speed limit is 45 and you're doing 55. You're in violation, period. Your vehicle registration is expired. You're in violation. Your brake light burned out 10 seconds ago, but you have no idea: You're in violation.

I don't like it, Cl custom 1911 don't like it, none of us "like" these facts, but this is exactly how it works. This is pretty much why I said even I could get her charge greatly reduced. Even if I was a lawyer, I wouldn't, which is pretty much why I couldn't be a lawyer.

Now she is already on probation for something, we know that. That will be bad for her, but I still don't think she will get more than 5 years....as I've already said.

It is what it is. She was already on probation? With her behavior, that's not surprising. That said, previous criminal activity will factor in to the sentencing part of the plea agreement as part of the consideration of the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, etc.

I do agree she will likely not get more than 5 years. Despicable.

I have some experience in this area, because of my inadvertantly interacting with a criminal. I have seen a judge "retain jurisdiction?" In a case. The guy was given probation, but as I understood it, a violation put him at risk of going back in front of judge Martin to face the music.
The dick in this case, was charged with assault on a female, my mother to be exact. My charge in reference to him was assault with a deadly weapon. I was found not guilty. The dick was found in my case (also judge Martin presiding) to be an extremely lucky man.

So....depending on what her previous suspended sentence entailed, she could face more sentencing I suppose.
I can't imagine however that it will be near enough.
I would hope that that poor old man has some living relatives with some grit.

My dick neighbor moved away....rapidly. He had been warned, which meant he wasn't a complete retard.
Hopefully this waste of skin will stay in the area, and easy to find.

It’s a good thing I’m not a cop. That’s all I’m going to say!

P.S. in regards to the Hilary thing, how is intentionally subverting the known system that places checks on things like this not intent? She knew good and damn well what she was doing. That’s intent.
