Just got my other barreled action in today and robbed the stock from my HTR so I decided to post the barreled action for sale. I’ll post as many details as I know about it, but I also plan on calling HSP tomorrow to see what they can tell me based on the serial number. The gun is clean, the rifling strong and bright.

- “E” prefix R700 receiver. HSP used to build on these before they came out with their own action which they use today
- the original owner was another guy here in MI that was part of the Grand Blanc PD. When he retired he sold off a bunch of his guns and that’s where this came from.
- exact round count was unknown but he said it hardly left the safe. Take that with a grain of salt because I really don’t know. When I asked him he estimated 200-300 rounds. I put another 150 rounds on it so my best estimation has in somewhere just under 500.
- fluted 26” 1:10 twist barrel 1” at muzzle with blended brake. I’ve never had the brake off so I’m not 100% on the thread pitch used. From the bit of research I’ve done it sounds like they used KP barrels back in the day before they made their own, but I’m not 100% sure which this is.
- canjur set trigger. Now this thing is freaking sweet! You pull the trigger forward for an optional “set” which brings the pull weight below 10 oz. standard trigger without the set is 1.5lbs.
- bolt knob installed and bolt polished
- Blackhawk base that was trimmed down so it didn’t extend past the action

The retail on the new HTRs is pretty incredible, but seeing as how this is an older one and I don’t have the entire story; I’ll cut someone a good deal on this!

$1,100 shipped with the Canjur set trigger
$950 shipped with no trigger

I will throw in a couple hundred various 30 cal projectiles that I don’t use anymore.

It’ll ship in a hard case, no other reloading stuff included as I still use that for my other 300.

The groups below are with 180gr Rem Corelokt (top) and where I’m at with the 208 amax load I was starting to work on.

Thanks! Up top for the afternoon crowd. I've got two 300s now and really need to start slimming down the safe again.
