About a month ago I posted about my KAC SR-25 and shared information on a Spuhr mount and USO B-17 scope. https://forum.snipershide.com/threads/knights-armament-sr-25-e2-pr.6910059/

I sent some pictures of the rifle to Spuhr and thanked them for their help in recommending the 4603B mount for the USO scope. I received a response from Spuhr and was informed that they actually do have a cantilever mount that would work with my scope. Apparently there was some confusion when I first reached out to them which led me down the 4603B path.

Spuhr has informed me of the SP-4616 cantilever mount and sent me the technical information on it. I purchased the mount and have installed it and it is exactly what I was looking for originally. With this new mount I am able to get to the charging handle easier and could probably go back to the KAC charging handle but I like the FALKOR so I will leave it. If anyone is interested in a barely used Spuhr 4603B, let me know. I have also attached a JPG of the 3D CAD model I created of the mount and the scope. I have reversed engineered them and they are accurate. If the CAD models would help you, let me know and I can send them as STEP files or other depending on your CAD platform.

Again, I hope this will help others. Thank you for letting me share.

Spuhr also makes a quick release cantilever mount — QDP-4016. Thanks for sharing your experience. I have an incoming SR25 and will be considering a mount soon.

I went with the 4616 because I wanted to maximize the rifle and scope for long range, 1000 yards, so I wanted a 6 MIL/20.6 MOA mount whereas the 4016 is a 0 MIL/0 MOA mount. That's what was recommended and it made sense to me. I did consider the QDP but decided against it. I purchased the Fix-It sticks for the Spuhr mount so I can torque it to the correct values without having to carry a torque wrench if and when I do remove it.

I am glad you found the information about my experience helpful. Congrats on the SR-25. I do like mine and am very happy with it. Just not enough time to shoot.

But be careful if you level your scope to your body position and not the receiver. Otherwise its worthless as its bolted onto your rail.
Thank you. What I did was take my machinist level and ensured the rail was level and then verified the KAC anti-cant device was level as well as the level in the eyepiece of the USO scope. All three matched. There is a level in the end of the Spuhr mount but it is hard to see which is why I purchased the KAC device. The eyepiece level in the scope is also difficult to make out unless there is good lighting.
