I read. I dont listen very well..... at least to them.

The allegation from conservative critics is rooted in a 2011 ObamaCare case where Kavanaugh dissented against the ruling but acknowledged that the Affordable Care Act’s “individual mandate provision” could fit “comfortably within Congress’ Taxing Clause power.”

From Fox news.

President Trump vowed he’d never let the @NRA down, and with the Kavanaugh pick, he chose someone whose judicial record demonstrates a dangerous view of the Second Amendment that elevates gun rights over public safety. The Senate should vote down this nomination.#ScotusPick

— Shannon Watts (@shannonrwatts) (Gun control cunt)

And

Brett Kavanaugh is a true Second Amendment radical. He believes assault weapon bans are unconstitutional, a position way out of the judicial mainstream, far to the right of even late Justice Scalia.

— Chris Murphy (@ChrisMurphyCT). (Douche bag Senator from CT)

So chill out.

I appreciate his 2A views. That is truly my biggest item for the SCOTUS to do better upholding. The rest is important, without the 2A we are hosed.

If someone knows more about what I posted about than I can glean from reading, I am happy to listen/read.

So right out of the gate I’ll state that I know two things about the law.....Jack and shit😉 So this guys 2A bonefides are his dissenting opinion in the DC case related to semi-auto rifles and a registration system that he deemed unconstitutional? Are there other examples? Good on him for having a good day and supporting the constitution but what’s his bad day look like?

Loving the unbiased media pushing buttons this morning in regards to Kavanaugh....

"Consumate Washington insider"
"Bush appointee"

Language the left knows will go right up the ass of Americans.

The more they slander Kavanaugh the better I feel he is the right guy.

As much as the left is using words to slander Kavanaugh I know his words cut them deeper - judging law based on the actual text of the law - oh how the Communists hate that.

The Trump court picks are an existential threat to the Communists.

Under Obama they realized that their platform was unacceptable to Americans in a fair election so they took a course of packing the courts to legislate from the bench.

If Congress gets off its ass and confirms judges that concerned with judging law based on its text than we have a start to put Communism behind us.

Watch the language over the next few days.

It will further expose the already exposed bias of the media. It will predict how far the communists intend to go in their move toward violence.

Everyone knew 2016 was about the courts and that fight continues.

Edit add as a fun fact Kavanaugh was apparently deeply disgusted by the Clinton/Lewinsky affair and Id imagine the Clinton crime syndicate is absolutely ape shit at his elevation.

Appears based on his questioning, or the questions he wanted Ken Starr to ask Clinton, Kavanaugh has a keen judicial curiosity.....

'If Monica Lewinsky says that you ejaculated into her mouth on two occasions in the Oval Office area, would she be lying?'

'If Monica Lewinsky says that on several occasions you had her give [you] oral sex, made her stop, and then ejaculated into the sink in the bathroom of the Oval Office, would she be lying?'

'If Monica Lewinsky says that you masturbated into a trashcan in your secretary's office would she be lying?'

He'll do a good job as long as he can get confirmed. The clock starts ticking for Congress but the supreme court season just ended so no rush.

Senate needs to schedule hearings immediately and have a vote before the recess. So the idiot libs dont have 2 months to campaign on stopping the supreme court nomination. Let them go home and actually have to attempt a coherent message about re-election.

Hell yes there is a rush.

New Supreme Court session starts in the Fall and the Dems will be burning their villages over this as long as it festers.

Get it done and make it "settled law" as soon as possible.

It would be nice if Congress acted with alacrity for one moment in time

This is nothing. If Trump put up Amy Barrett their heads would already have exploded. I was hoping it was her just because of the campaign that had already ramped up against her. They hate Kavanaugh, but he's a white male, so hating him is just normal. Barrett they see as a traitor, because in their minds a woman cannot be prolife, or a conservative, so that really drives them insane.

First of all, I wouldn't mind their heads exploding; I just don't want there to be a bullet involved.

I want them doing back-flips, more of them will land on their heads that way; self inflicted wounds, etc.

They hate anyone who isn't a HRC appointee. No news there...

Democrats bellyachin' before the midterm; no bad news there, only good news. If folks aren't already fed up with their negativity, this just fans the flames. They will hang themselves with their own rope. This November.

After the midterm, Jeff "Mister Magoo" Session will get the shove. Rocket boy will get some new rockets to play with, free gifts, vertical delivery.

Just sayin'...

Hi,

Just from his Introductory speech he sounds like a swamp rat to me.....

When you purposely go into detail about how you hire 4 law clerks a year for past 12 years from a diverse pool of applicants BUT then in same sentence you say your honored and proud to stand here and say that a majority of the selected law clerks are female.....

Well that translates into I will pick a less qualified person based on gender just so I can keep my pride in saying I hire mostly women.

Sincerely,
Theis

He is saving Barrett to replace Ginsburg.

How many Communists are at present absolutely hating Ginsburg for not dying 3 years ago?

I bet she is becoming unwelcome at the local Red Chapter meetings.

Sotomayer and Kagan will be on a health improvement plan soon whether they want it or not.

Or a new ad campaign "Fentanyl Makes the Trump Pain Go Away".
I have my suspicions heroin and its cuttings were part of the Communist plan to eradicate an unemployed middle class for replacement by slaves from our open borders.

Like every other precedent the Communists have implemented - the Biden rule, the nuclear option, elections have consequences - the back splatter always seems to hurt the Communists more.

Perhaps we can convince the Communist SJW progressive type that there is a wonderful world waiting for them in the next life, a world where Obama and Hillary take turns being president for all eternity.
and Bill Clinton is in the background loosing his loads in the nearest sink or trash can........

Best word of the day:

Kavanaughpocalypse... It's what the left are experiencing right now.

If only Ruth Bader Ginsburg can 'farc out... America will be a great place!

Keep in mind... Thomas may retire. RBG is not buying green Bananas... Breyer is almost 80 and talking retirement.

In theory, Trump could have appointed 5 Justices by the end of his term.

Mid-terms are a must... after that, he'll have a fun ride to MAGA!

Cheers,

Sirhr

P.S. You guys tired of winning yet??? Not me!!!

Mid-terms are a must. I'm on the emotional roller-coaster regarding mid-terms. One day I think there will be no big changes, the next day the sky is falling. Hoping for the best - this country could use a good constitutional run.

Did you see that the DHS shut down two Southeast Asian countries from getting ANY visa because they refuse to take back their illegal immigrants we are repatriating to their shores?

This is in total compliance with our standing immigration laws.

I dont care if Trump builds a wall really. Our laws are the wall if and when they are enforced.

WINNING!

Im getting more confident.

The next few days are going to be a roller coaster with NATO and the Britain trip on tap.

The globalists will shit as I believe Trump is going to tell NATO to pay up sucka and him and Nigel Farage are likely to head over to the channel and piss in the general direction of the EU.

Topping it off with a trip to Helsinki to talk a little real politik with anti globalist Putin is sure to cause some triggered communists.

Mean while Joe sits there feeling more confident in his career, thinking about upgrading his vacation and thinking perhaps his kids may have a future.

Joe doesnt follow the finer intrigues of politics but he knows the feeling of a fuller wallet when he sits down and he hasnt felt that in the last 10 or more years.

I want a wall.
So do I but believe me if we just followed our laws, there is nothing broken about them, we would not have the issue we are having. It worked in the past.

This issue has nothing to do with people looking for opportunity in most cases a part of it is leftist organizations going to depressed areas and enticing people to make the trip with tales of honeysuckle and roads paved in gold.

In the 1980s the likes of Tim Kaine went down south to foment revolution and try to bring communism to the borders of the United States.

Now they have decided that wasnt going to work so they have decided to bring these people north and overwhelm our system so that by default we would beg for socialism.

The barbarity in that is you have to bring people to a very low standard and a state of despair to have them trading their freedom for slavery.

They know this and they care not who suffers in their quest to gain power over you.

Smaller writing, you know, the hands thing.....

If small hands means small cock Trump is making the most of his Irish inch because he has schlonged about 90 percent of the world with his member.

That EU/Nato turd that made the comment to wit "America should appreciate the allies it has because it has so few" will likely look like a glazed donut shortly after Trump lands in Bruxelles.

We have a very bumpy ride ahead.

I know a lot of people on here are hard working farmers or they work the oil fields, drive trucks maybe engineer some cool shit.

Whats coming in regards to trying to right a badly listing ship is going to pound you the most.

The short term looks to be very hard but the long term looks to be very bright.

I only know the little bit of economics I had in school but my gut tells me all that is going on vis a vis the tariff war is going to be a benefit in the future.

This "animosity" from our "allies" is just bristling at the fact we have a leader no longer willing to pay for their socialism.

Id disagree with the trade war if we were asking for the things our trade partners typically demand of us. The figures are out there and my inability to readily find them tells me that the present trade balance is specifically designed against our workers.

I hope you guys that shoot over soy bean fields after spending a hard day tending to them make it through this okay.

It will get ugly before it gets better and when it gets better it should be real better.

I’m for free trade. But, the fact is that the “free trade” Washington has been practicing is that we act like other nations don’t have tarrifs and punitive taxes on imports when they most certainly do, and we ignore (Asia in particular) pirating of our every technology and innovation in total disregard to any international patent law. That, to me, is even worse than trade imbalances.

We’ve been in a trade war for 30 years. We’ve just been in the fetal position while everyone gathers around us and kicks us. Trump is simply for standing up and defending ourselves. There’s your “war”.

Trump has offered everyone "zero tariffs" across the board on microphone.

They all fled the room.
