I have for sale a Sako TRG in green that has been trued and chambered by Short Action Customs. Rifle is chambered in 6XC and the current barrel has about 500 rnds on it shooting Berger 105gn Hybrids at around 3000fps and is EDIT: an unknown contour measuring .900" at the muzzle, 1.206" at the shank and a shank of 3'' not including the tenon. It was picked up off a prize table and I was told it was an M24, my mistake. Included will be everything the rifle came with originally ( allen wrench set, bolt shroud tool, and manual) as well as a TRG bipod, flush cup sling mount for forward rail, B&T29 rail kit for Accu-Shot monopod(installed), BT12-QK Monopod, (1) 10mm and (2) 3mm cheek spacers, TRG action wrench, (1) like new TRG magazine (20 rnds on it), and a KRG backbone with Whiskey 3 forend.

Also included will be (3) take off barrels that all have roughly 1200rnds on them also shooting 105 Hybrids at around 3000fps. None of these barrels showed any sign of slowing down or loosing accuracy when they were pulled.
#1 is a Rem Varmint contour 8 twist at 26''.
#2 is a GAP #6 contour gain twist at 26''.
#3 is a Rem Varmint contour 7.5 twist at 26''.

Now for the one bad thing. The TRG Bipod ahs been shortened by about 1'' due to it constantly being too tall for a lot of situations. This was done in a lathe and TIG weled back together. Fit up was very good and I kept the weld as small as possible, it has not been a problem what so ever. Bipod still functions 100%. Thinking back this was probably not the best idea but live and learn. Photo's of the splice are included.

This rifle was used in matches with the factory forend and a KRG rear section therefore the forend does have a few nicks, which are shown in photos. The rear portion of the stock is in like new condition. There are also some minor scrapes from removing the action from the backbone but nothing that can be seen or have any influence on performance or future disassembly. No screws or threads are damaged in any way.

Reason for selling is I have moved on to different match guns and I just don't shoot it enough to warrant holding onto it. Shot it the other day with a thrown together load and the groups pictured below are the result. Throughout its use it routinely put down very respectable groups, <.5 avg and few in the .25 area. I'm confident it will do the same in the hands of it's new owner.

Will also include a used APA Gen 2 Little Bastard brake that does have some blemishes.

Scope and rings are not included.

Asking price is $2850.00 OBO shipped and insured to your FFL.

The KRG backbone is not setup for AICS mags.

I have corrected the barrel contour error, it came off a prize table and someone told me M24. Should've verified, my mistake.

Possibly a light varmint?

Bump for new price $2500.00 shipped and insured. This is a steal. May be willing to drop price even more without extra barrels or entertain trades for other 700 based rifles or actions, Manners or Foundation stocks, or high end scopes.
