I sure hope no one needs anything from them. I have called and emailed them for more than two weeks. No answer. I even called a one of there reps and had him give them my name and number along with emails. Nothing. If you know of someone to contact directly please lets us know.

They were pretty responsive via email before SHOT, but since then I haven't heard a word after sending a few more inquiries. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence regarding customer support, but I know SHOT can be overwhelming so will not worry too much about it.

wjm308 you may be right but I am needing a scope soon and I really intrigued buy there scope and would like to find out more. If I don't hear from them soon I will have to move on to a different one.
