I ordered the long version without the binder plate, so I can seat my bullets to the lands, if need be in my bergara. I got the mag today and the bergara is at my smith but I wanted to see how it'd look in my RPR.. Well, slides in but wont latch. I see the mag release on the rifle move when the mag goes up, but it wont grab... what gives?

its a 10 round mag. $80 and this thing doesnt work in every rifle that accepts AI mags??? Kinda crap!

The tab on the back of the mag, that the latch grabs....

Magpul: top of mag to bottom of that lip/tab measures .63

On the Accurate mag, its .65

WTF

Accurate isn't a good name for their company or their mags.

Do you have your std AI mags to take measurements off of to compare?
(You did this )
Ask someone else on this board to measure theirs-if you want more info.....that said, there have been enough issues with their mags that they should step up and fix this.

I got the one measurement. Is this normal, or did I buy an $80 crap? I thought accurate made good stuff, since it cost out the ying

Ok. mistakes were made, i worked 12 hours today,

my head is now out of my arse. Measurements are
Magpul: 1.3750
Accurate: 1.3560

So the tab is too short?

Filed it down, now it locks in good with a very light tap.

Crazy that they probably have $5 in the $80 mag that I have to file on to get to work.. only in the shooting world
