    Gunwerks Brass.

They told me they are making their own premium brass. Out of 100 6mm CM cases there was only 1gr difference & 75 were within half grain. All annealed. After a busy week ill get a chance to to fireform some Saturday. Might need to reduce my normal loads a tad since this is thicker, heavier...

Shoulder won't bump but no feeding issues

I had same issue when I started to load for my 6.5,, as soon as I replaced my Lee press with a Redding everything worked fine. Lee presses ( at least my single stage ) have no camover apparently & I couldn't get it to bump back with any die. Tried 3 kinds.

    **6 Creedmoor**

When I built my rifle I bought a box of factory 87 grain hornady Vmax for breaking in my 6mm CM and they shoot great in my 1-8 twist barrel.

Last seasons deer with 6.5 CM

I took a neck shot as not to ruin meat, didn't go through & decent expansion and did lose a few tiny pieces of copper. They load easy & did well on coyotes and my doe also, dropped in their tracks.

    My RPR in .243

I do like it, just a steel shooter. Thought about taking hunting but way too heavy to lug around.

    First rifle budget build

Here is my first build. was a older 4.27'' DBM Savage .223. I was gonna change out bolt face but a whole new .308 bolt from Larry " Thanks for your business" Potterfield was only $99. Ordered a Shilen stainless select match barrel, trued lug & barrel nut from Northland shooters supply along...

    Whidden micrometer die

When you first install the die, make sure the spring loaded bottom is pressed about half way up when you have press arm down & shellholder up. After that my top screw ( the long black allen one) is flush with the knurled top nut.

    Savage .204 to 6.5CM ?

I did the exact same thing except a model 10 .223 to a 6mm creedmoor. I bought a whole new bolt from Midway USA $99 . New 26" Shilen barrel with better lug from Northland shooters supply. My only problem was I had older 4.27 action with double blind staggered magwell so I used a .308 sized one...

    Starline enters 6.5CM brass market

I have bought both the 6.5 and 6mm creedmoor brass from Starline in large primer version ( since I have 1000's of BR2) to be honest all I ever used before was Hornady so here is my comparison. Starline brass needed to be run in my mandrel die to straighten out necks on the few that were dented...

    New guy, 6mm creedmoor Q's

Hello everyone from South Dakota. I am a new member but have been shooting for awhile. I built a 6mm CM on a Savage action, 1-8 Shilen 26" barrel to use as a long range coyote/antelope rifle. I have been working up a few loads with the 95 gr Berger VLD hunting bullet & am having wierd...
