If they get caught, it is 20k per offense for deleting or altering the function of the emission controls. As long as they replace the cats they have not altered the emission controls replacing the exhaust. There are also provisions for using a cat delete for testing, if you think the cat is...

I wonder if they ever charged anyone who was swing the AR-15s in half. Their intent was not to make an SBR but to destroy the firearm, but as general intent, they did intentionally cut the barrel making the rifle illegal with out a tax stamp. I think its fair to say, if you can have a...

Swallowell thinks Vox story is evidence of hitman.

If history serves us, that means he is the one that "leaked" the story to VOX.

    My First .223

Its funny how they go down when you are shooting at them, but come back up once you start shooting over them. If you find the right places you can drive around in the pickup shooting them off the window. I have places I like to go where the opportunities start at 600y also. because shooting...

    My First .223

I have a 700 XCR long range 223, its probably the most accurate factory rifle I have owned. It has a lot of prairie dog blood on its hands. Lots of 55 v max, then I switched to the 53 v max for a little better B.C. You are on the right track. If you are traveling for prairie dogs must haves...

What load and what rifle? I always read this, so I always feel like I am pushing my luck with them. I accidentally bought 5k of them instead of 450s.

Gen 1 razor vs dmr 2 pro

The marks on the turrets on my DMRII were on. Razor has a couple more features for the same money. Both are about the same in FOV. I always found the eye box on the Gen 1 razors to be kind of tight, and didn't notice the same with the DMR/DMRII.

Recommendations for action wrench to remove factory barrels...

I use the wheeler action wrench, and whats left of my viper vice after some tough factory barrels. I have sold all the take offs, but the one I had to trash getting of, for 100 a piece. So the first one paid for the vise, the second one paid for the wrench, the third one helped pay for a new...

https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/general-vs-specific-intent.html Most crimes require general intent, meaning that the prosecution must prove only that the accused meant to do an act prohibited by law. Whether the defendant intended the act’s result is irrelevant. That doesn't mean they...

GAP Deal on Bushnell LRHS Scopes

The DMRII is too close to call. I suspect they are the same. Although the FOV at 3.5 in the DMR/ERS/DMRII is about the same as the LRHS/LRTS at 4.5.

The great white death. Blizzard of 1949.

My boss told me in the 40s they used to pull sleds on the lakes around here with their cars. I am not sure I have seen any of them freeze solid in the last 15 years. We are long overdue some cold winters. I feel that wheel coming around again. Trump knows when to pull out.. and when to not.

The great white death. Blizzard of 1949.

What time of year? We got one in October of 1997. It started the night before opening day of dear season. It was 50F or 60F, the day before. I didn't believe it would snow. Woke up to bright light in the window. Thought my dad pussed out and didn't wake me up to start the 2 hour drive to...

The great white death. Blizzard of 1949.

I would have expected the train didnt even notice, but I coundnt say. Antelope aren't very big. But 200 at 100lbs a piece is a lot of weight. Of course some people see 50, think its 100, and say its 200 for dramatic effect. I didn't see any of it, just stories. Probably somewhat true. I...

The great white death. Blizzard of 1949.

In 2007 we had a blizzard that was similar, but it was much more isolated to SE Colorado, rather than burying four states in ice. I have seen frozen Deer, Antelope, and cattle like they talk about, as they thawed out of 30 ft drifts on the flat prairie. Some of the rural areas here are just as...
